Covid-19 Update

Following the recent developments regarding the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak, HMK would like to reassure all our customers, partners and stakeholders that we are still operational.

HMK has been operating for 40 years. In that time we have seen many challenges, multiple recessions including national, global and industry specific. We have a robust contingency plan in place and will endeavour to continue to provide an effective level of service to our customers as the situation develops.

Over the past five years, HMK has invested heavily in moving our core IT and communications infrastructure into the cloud. From dealing with enquiries, right the way through to completion, our business processes of sales order progressing, logistics, design, product support, software development and even remote commissioning support can all be performed irrespective of location.

The safety and wellbeing of our colleagues, customers and partners remains our priority and we are continuing to follow and adhere to the advice set out by the Government.

Undoubtedly we will see challenges over the coming weeks and months, however, we will endeavour to maintain our core service offer to our customers, so we will be there when they need us. Our message remains the same, we seek to bring success to our customers by delivering world class products alongside the required expertise.
