The leading planetary gearbox manufacturer, Neugart, has expanded its NDF gearbox range with the introduction of the new NDF110, developed specifically for delta robot applications.
Neugart officially unveiled the NDF110 at Automatica trade fair in Munich, and it is now available to HMK customers.

The NDF series is purpose-built to meet the high demands of arm drives for delta robots, where maximum torsional rigidity and minimal backlash are critical to ensure precision even at high speeds.
With the launch of the new 110 model, the NDF range now supports larger and heavier applications beyond the existing NDF090.
Key features of the NDF110 include:
- Inertia-reduced clamping system for rapid direction changes and improved cycle times
- Backlash is limited to <1 arcmin as standard for high-precision performance
- Available in ratios i = 22 / 27.5 / 38.5 / 55, enabling transmission of very high torque
- Radial shaft seal designed for optimal sealing during rapid changes in direction of rotation
Optional features for additional customisation options include:
- Food-grade oil lubrication
- Stainless steel output shaft
- Nickel-plated output flange
